City of Toronto to conduct traditional and prescribed burns (Biinaakzigewok Anishnaabeg) on Thursday
The City of Toronto will be conducting the annual traditional and prescribed burns (Biinaakzigewok Anishnaabeg) in High Park and South Humber Park on Thursday, April 17, to help protect rare black oak savannah and woodland habitats.
The High Park burn will begin in the late morning, followed by South Humber Park in the afternoon.
