Why Choose Bonneville?

Quality reinvented. From a family who cares
Bonneville Homes is a family-owned and operated business for almost 50 years. More than 35000 homes were delivered to satisfied customers so far. The Bonneville team has spent years analyzing how houses age over time and react to our severe weather conditions. Our determination to constantly come up with innovative new techniques means our quality standards are more stringent than construction industry requirements. Armed with this knowledge, we have revolutionized the concepts of quality and performance with our industry-leading Bonneville R-3000 building system. Today's consumer is looking for comfort, quality, durability, design excellence and minimal upkeep costs. And, at Bonneville, that's precisely what we deliver. For these and many other reasons, we are convinced that the factory-built home is the home of the future.

Quality materials
The cornerstone of the Bonneville R-3000 building system is quality materials, including kiln-dried lumber for floor joists, metal partitions for interior walls to prevent warping, high-quality windows, superbly crafted cabinetry, cellulose fibre insulation and premium exterior siding.

Quality assembly
The Bonneville R-3000 building system also boasts state-of-the-art assembly techniques. Bonneville homes are built indoor in controlled weather conditions. By systematizing and standardizing production methods, we ensure optimal quality workmanship. On the assembly line, all of the manufacturing steps are fine-tuned to the smallest detail, such as the solid tongue-and-groove, glued on screwed in sub-floor. An ethafoam seal gasket in installed between exterior walls and the sub-floor. Window frames are also insulated with a dual layer of continuous ethafoam rods.

Quality control
Each stage of construction is overseen and inspected by our team of expert supervisors, in order to ensure that the Bonneville method, crafted and perfected over 50 years, is applied at every step of the process. This commitment to quality materials and workmanship means you can rest easy knowing your new Bonneville home will be comfortable, durable and energy-efficient, today and for many years to come.
