My take: the biggest real trend is AI moving from โ€œassistantโ€ to โ€œoperatorโ€. The story in 2026 is less about chatbots and more about agents that can use tools, access systems, and complete workflows. The most underappreciated trend, especially for IT people, is post-quantum migration.
